Although having one of the largest Plastic Files manufacturing capacity in India, we were not able to penetrate deeply into the market. Unnati made me realize that being the leader of the organization my role should be over it and not inside it. After intense working on assigning clear responsibilities to different teams and accordingly their leaders and thus developing a reporting mechanism, I am now having much smooth functioning of the entire organization than ever before. We are now tracking our progress by the monthly development of our sales.
